​EXAMINATION'S
ZIVAS conduct, regular test during the term, there test are conducted with the view to making sure that the students are ready for Examination, parents are urged to check these report cards, the marks obtained in the these test are taken into consideration at the time of selection for the Annual Examination.
ATTENDANCE
A minimum of 80% attendance is required. If a student is to be sent for the Annual Examination, a student’s having less than the required percentage, of attendance is liable to be debarred from the annual examination, parent are earnestly requested to help us by checking with the school office from time to time. Regarding the attendance of their children. the attendance is also noted on the pre-selection/selection, marksheet.
Any students who is absent for one week without prior permission will have his name removed from the school register.
FEES
School fees will be charged for 12 months for all the class. Fees for each year are to he paid in three instalment. The amounts and dates by which the instalments are to be paid shall be informed to the students at appropriate time.
Students who do not pay their fees by the due date will be find Rs. 100/- per month.
Any students whose name has been struck-off from the register, he/she may be re-admitted on payment as per the admission procedure at their discretion of the school authority and if there is vacancy in the class.
